I am informed that HPD refuses to even hand out the application for CCW. I provide it here for your convenience. It is essentially the same form you fill out to obtain a permit to acquire a firearm.
I suggest that everyone who owns a firearm, especially firearms instructors, should print out and submit this form to the Hawaii County Police Department.
